Our beautiful villa with two spacious apartments is located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Dimaro in Val di Sole.
From Villa Meledrio you can walk straight into the unspoilt nature of the Dolomiti Adamello Brenta National Park and the Stelvio National Park.
In addition, you can walk to the village in fifteen minutes where, in addition to the supermarket, the bakery and some restaurants, you can also find other nice shops.
Val di Sole offers countless activities all year round such as beautiful signposted hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking trails, via ferratas, rafting on the river Noce, there are rock climbing routes and also many opportunities for mountaineering. The summer lifts will take you to the starting point.
In winter you can drive in 5 minutes (the ski bus stops right behind Villa Meledrio) to the ski resort of Dimaro Folgarida which is part of Skiarea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta. With the Superskirama ski pass you have access to 8 ski areas with no less than 380 km of slopes! In addition, there are snowshoe hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and plenty of opportunities for ski mountaineering nearby.
The top apartment (2-6 people) has spectacular views all around and covers more than 100m2.
The spacious living room with characteristic tiled stove and open kitchen is extremely atmospheric. Both at the front and rear of the apartment there are balconies where you can relax.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and an extra bed can be placed if necessary. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and offer more than enough storage space.
You can use the large terrace at the front with lounge set and BBQ and there is plenty of (free) parking.
