Our beautiful villa with three spacious apartments is located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Dimaro in Val di Sole.
From Villa Meledrio you can walk straight into the unspoiled nature of the Dolomiti Adamello Brenta National Park and the Stelvio National Park.
In addition, you can walk to the village in fifteen minutes where, in addition to the supermarket, the bakery and some restaurants, other nice shops can be found.
Val di Sole offers numerous activities throughout the year such as beautiful signposted hiking trails, cycling & mountain bike routes, via ferratas, rafting on the river Noce, rock climbing routes and also many opportunities for mountaineering. The summer lifts will take you to the starting point.
In winter you can drive in 5 minutes (the ski bus stops just behind Villa Meledrio) to the ski area of Dimaro Folgarida, which is part of Skiarea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta. With the Superskirama ski pass you have access to 8 ski areas with no less than 380 km of slopes! In addition, there are snowshoe hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and plenty of opportunities for ski mountaineering nearby.
We rent out three spacious apartments in summer and winter: superiore (2-5 persons), primo (2-8 persons) and terra (2-4 persons). If you want to rent several apartments, please contact us.
The apartment on the middle floor (2-8 people) is extraordinarily large and covers more than 110m2. The spacious living room with fireplace and open kitchen can be called Italian authentic. On the side of the apartment is a large balcony and at the front there is a terrace where you can relax. The two bathrooms have a shower or bath, washbasin, toilet, bidet and a washing machine. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with a double bed or twin beds and a bunk bed and an extra bed can be placed if necessary. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms have open wardrobes and offer more than enough storage space.
You can use the BBQ picnic area on the large terrace at the front of the house and there is plenty of (free) parking.
