The apartment has two bedrooms, a bright living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment also has a covered private terrace (30 m²) and a shared sunbathing lawn is also available.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house, which is quietly located on the edge of the forest. The beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and orchards invites you to linger in the garden. Whether walks, hikes, or a bike tour - you can start directly from the apartment and get to the most beautiful viewpoints and excursion destinations in the area.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains and forests from the southern Adige Valley to the mystically glowing South Tyrolean Catinaccio in the evening - and all this at only 600 metres above sea level.
For our little guests there is a sandpit, a swing and various vehicles to play in the garden.
Sustainability: the house has a photovoltaic system including a storage tank, which supplies the electricity for the whole house – we only use rainwater to irrigate our garden.
