Villa Messina is an exclusive and elegant retreat in a sunny, tranquil setting near Trapani.
The recently restored villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation, making it an ideal base for those seeking peace and quiet by the sea.
Surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawns, ornamental plants and aromatic plants, Villa Messina features a large saltwater swimming pool (chlorine-free), a Turkish bath, a gym and a bathroom with shower. A veranda with dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (kitchenette, oven, fridge, dishwasher and barbecue) complete the outdoor facilities.
The accommodation consists of a main house and two annexes, all decorated in a sophisticated, contemporary style and equipped with modern comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a wireless sound system and a washing machine.
The villa is a great base for nature and sports enthusiasts and offers opportunities for hiking, bird watching and cycling along the nearby Salt Pans Nature Reserve. Cultural trips are easy to get around too, such as to the Salt Museum, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi Islands, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and archaeological sites such as Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

The main house features a living room, living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and three bedrooms – all with en-suite bathrooms, including one with a king-size bed. In the two annexes are the fourth and fifth bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a king-size bed.
