Villa Sole Azzurro is a prestigious seaside villa with a private pool, located just a few kilometers from the historic town of Ortigia. Located on the Maddalena Peninsula – one of the most enchanting coastlines in eastern Sicily – the villa offers uninterrupted views of the Bay of Syracuse from its exclusive infinity pool and spacious terraces. This recently built, modern home features sophisticated interiors, designer furniture and generous living spaces spread over two floors. The layout consists of an elegant living room with lounge and piano, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a study and four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and private access to the crystal clear sea and rocky coastline.
A short drive from the villa, guests can explore the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile nature reserves, as well as iconic destinations such as Mount Etna and Taormina.

This floor also offers a guest bathroom (toilet and sink), a laundry room and three double bedrooms – each with its own shower, air conditioning and sophisticated décor. Mosquito nets and a safe provide extra comfort and peace of mind.
First floor
Upstairs, guests will find a private study and a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath, plus access to a small terrace with serene views.
Exterior
Outside, the villa offers multiple terraces, a shaded porch and beautifully maintained gardens. The infinity pool (5.00 x 8.00 m; depth 0.90 m) is open all year round and can be heated to 26 °C. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture invite you to spend long afternoons by the water, while the outdoor dining area and barbecue make outdoor dining a highlight of your stay. Private parking is available on site.
