A beautiful house at the foot of the majestic Monte Monaco. Located about 150 meters from the sea, in a place that has remained fairly unspoilt over the years. It is not a villa, or at least, we don't like to call it that. We consider it "our home", with its large garden and a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is very comfortable and offers the possibility to spend most of the time outside. You can enjoy meals at the large marble table, have a barbecue or simply read your favorite book while soaking up the sun after a refreshing dip in the nearby sea.
The sea, 150m from the house, is rocky coast with the possibility of sunbathing and swimming in the sea (attention: the sea is immediately deep). Ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
For those who love to travel and discover, the area has a lot to offer: Erice, Trapani, Segesta, Scopello, Palermo, Marsala.
Nature lovers should not miss a visit to the Zingaro Nature Reserve, a trek on Monte Monaco - just behind the house - or a hike to Monte Cofano.
