This apartment on the second floor and only 50 m from the beach offers 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds. The living room has a sofa bed and a television. The spacious dining table can be extended so that (with 2 extra folding chairs) 6 people can eat comfortably. The kitchenette offers all the possibilities to prepare a small meal. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and sink with toilet and bidet. There is air conditioning available! Casa Marie is special because we put our heart and soul into it!
There are cozy bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The city of Modica is fifteen minutes from Casa Marie, where you will still find the old baroque style. There you can ride the train through the city and eat good food. Ragusa is also worth a visit. You can also choose to do a day at the beach.
There is ample parking nearby. A welcome gift is provided upon arrival.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The above prices are for 2 people, for 1 person 25% is deducted.
Per extra person, 10€ per night will be added.
Prices include water, electricity and final cleaning.

You will always be personally welcomed with the handover of the key, and the check-out is also done in person.

You can make use of the breakfast service.
In the bar you can get a coffee + filled croissant for 6€.
Other breakfast formulas are negotiable.

Airport transfers can be arranged for you. This up to 4 people (including luggage)
From Catania => 75€ per ride (driving time: 1h20)
From Comiso => 50€ per ride (driving time: 1h)

We can also help you book the (cheapest) flight.

Payment methods
We ask for 50% deposit of the rent to be paid at the agreed time with you. One month before departure you pay the balance, plus a deposit of 250 euros. Paying the deposit is mandatory!
You will receive this back within a week after the rental period, deducted from any damage.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation by the tenant up to 1 month before the stay, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
In case of cancellation by the tenant between 1 month before the stay and the stay itself, the full rent will be retained.
In case of cancellation by the landlord, the full amount paid will be refunded.
