Villa al Plin is located in the UNESCO wine region of the Langhe, in Piedmont, northwestern Italy. It is easily accessible during a car holiday, about 1200 kilometers from Utrecht. The house is located between the hills, which are dotted with vineyards, fantastic Slow Food Restaurants, countless bars, medieval villages and luxury cities such as Alba, Asti, Canelli and Acqui Terme.
The house offers a lot of peace, privacy, nature and beautiful views, while at the same time connecting to the hustle and bustle of the charming, nearby villages.
Villa al Plin is very suitable for groups of one to eight people. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with open kitchen and dining room. There is a spacious parking lot, a large terrace and a garden with swimming pool. Everything is for your own use.
For two weeks with grandpa, grandma and the children, a long weekend with friends, or for a week with just the two of you, it is a very pleasant house, which is fully equipped!
