Last winter 2024, this unique house with all privacy was completely refurbished with new floors and expanded with an extra bedroom and a beautiful view located above a covered outdoor terrace.

The house is on top of a hill surrounded by vineyards and forest with a beautiful view all the way to the alps. Close to Acqui Terme, an ancient Roman town with thermal baths, 50 km from Genoa and the sea, 100 km from Turin and Milan. The house was renovated in 2024.

 The layout of our house:
-Ground floor:
 A cool rock room with 2 person sofa bed 140. Separately located a bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a storage room with   extra  fridge.
-First floor:
 sitting room and a dining room with adjoining outdoor terrace or veranda, bathroom with toilet and kitchen. 
-Second floor:
 a 2 person bedroom two linked beds 90  with  wardrobe and adjoining spacious balcony with beautiful views,.
 One bedroom, with a double bed 140  and a 1 bed 90, large wardrobe and balcony.
 A landing with sofa bed  140 (to be used exceptionally) and room divider.

A large garden with several terraces, fruit orchard and a private swimming pool 10x4x1.5 mtr with large pergola 14x3.5 mtr

The house is only for rent on Weekly basis from Saturday 14.00 to Saturday 10.00 am.

Duvets and pillows are provided. As well as cleaning products, dishcloths and eco detergent.

To bring your own:
Bed linen, beach towels, towels and kitchen towels
Bedding for:
-two single beds 90 wide ( or as a double bed of 180 ) with two single duvets or a double duvet and pillows
-2 bed 140 wide with duvet and 1 bed wide 90 with duvet and pillows
- bedroom ground floor ( rock room ) bed 140  wide with duvet and pillows
-landing sofa bed 140 (duvet and pillows in large linen closet of 3-person room at the top)
All beds are 200 long.
