The house was built at the beginning of the last century and was used as a farmhouse for a long time, but was transformed into a comfortable holiday home a few years ago, with an extension being realized at the rear of the house. Casa Bella Nuova is located within walking distance of the village of Niella Belbo and is suitable for two to six people.
Niella Belbo is located in the Langhe region, in the border area between the regions of Piedmont and Liguria. Here we have created a place where both we and our guests feel comfortable. A place where you can enjoy all the beauty that this region has to offer, surrounded by silence and tranquility. We have created various seating areas around the house. So you can also just choose to enjoy the peace and quiet, in and around the house or to cool off in the above-ground swimming pool.
The house consists of three floors. The ground floor is staggered over two floors. A spiral staircase leads to the later added living room, which is actually one floor below. Through large sliding doors you can reach the terrace and involve it in the living room. In the original house there is a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen-living room, which is fully equipped and is equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine and kettle.
On the first floor, to the left of the stairs, is the relaxation room with TV, games and reading books, where there are also two comfortable chairs, which can be used as two single beds. In the center of this room is the bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. To the right of the stairs is a bedroom with a double bed and an open bathroom with sink and bath.
The basement can be reached from the ground floor as well as from the outside and this is where the technical room is located. There is also a washing machine here.
