This old dilapidated house has been transformed in recent years into a luxuriously furnished holiday home, suitable for two people.

The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the bedroom with a double bed (180 centimeters wide) and en-suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom has a whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A washing machine is available in the technical room.

On the first floor is the living room and open kitchen, both with access to the balcony (24 m2). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and is equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine and kettle.

By using solar panels and a pellet stove for the production of hot water, the nature house is CO2 neutral. This hot water consists not only of sanitary water, but is also used to heat the house on cold days.

It has been more than 20 years since we found each other and we think we have a lot of fun together. In 2018 and 2019 we renovated the house and turned it into a holiday home, where we live in the winter, Our village Murazzano is located in the Langhe region, in the border area between the regions of Piedmont and Liguria. Here we have created a place where both we and our guests feel comfortable.
