In Monesiglio there is an apartment on the ground floor in a former rectory. The building has the authentic character of the old stone houses as everywhere in the village. The house consists of two floors plus the basement. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and large bathroom (shower and loose band). From the living room there is direct access to the garden. The apartment has underfloor heating.
In the basement there is a communal recreation room, wine cellar and access to the large garden.
The spacious garden has different levels with fruit trees (cherries, plums, apples, pears, figs), lots of grass and in the warm months a swimming pool. In the period between mid-November and mid-April, extra requirements are imposed on driving in the area due to possible winter weather. Rental is of course possible, but please contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities.
