You enter your holiday accommodation through a hall and enter a spacious living room, where a functional fireplace ensures cozy evenings. Here you will also find direct access to the beautiful garden. The apartment also has a full kitchen, three (large) bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and separate bath. The entire apartment is comfortably heated with underfloor heating.
An additional pride of the building is located in the basement: a communal recreation room and a wine cellar, where you also have access to the large, shared garden.
This spacious, landscaped garden is a true paradise. Fruit trees – cherries, plums, apples, pears and figs – grow on different levels between lawns and the jeu de boule court (2026). In the warm summer months, a refreshing swimming pool invites you to take a dip. The beating heart of the outdoor space is undoubtedly the spacious outdoor kitchen with its wood-fired pizza oven and comfortable seating for up to twelve people, perfect for unforgettable evenings under the Italian sky.
This building offers extra possibilities for larger groups. The apartment on the upper floor, suitable for up to four people, can be rented separately (see the ad suite in canonica) or in combination with the ground floor. Although the area requires extra preparation for driving in the winter months (from mid-November to mid-April) due to possible winter weather, rentals are available all year round. We recommend that you contact us in advance to discuss the specific possibilities and conditions in that season.
