The apartment is spacious and attractive. This bright apartment is ideal for two people. You enter a spacious living room with open kitchen, which gives access to a private balcony through French doors. Here you can enjoy the view over the rooftops of the village and the late evening sun. Then you will find the bedroom with a double bed and a modern, private bathroom (en-suite).
Through the communal entrance you have access to the large cellar, where you can use: A shared recreation room near the attractive wine cellar. And here is also a direct access to the beautiful garden (with swimming pool).
The extensive, landscaped garden is a true paradise. It slopes down into several levels and has a sun-heated swimming pool, a spacious outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven. Plenty of grass for sunbathing or playing. Fruit trees (cherry, plum, apple, pear and fig) that you can pick in season.
Winter rental (mid-November to mid-April): During this period, wintry weather can affect accessibility. Rental is possible, but we recommend that you contact us in advance to discuss the specific possibilities and conditions.
