Casa Dolce Vista

Casa Dolce Vista in the castle village of Monestero Bormida is a large family home for 10 people. Near Acqui Terme in the middle of the hills full of orchards and vineyards lies the authentic house. Here you get the Italy feeling that you want to experience with your family, a group of friends or colleagues. It is also a perfect holiday home for a group of students to spend a week together for a coaching or training week. The detached holiday home is surrounded by greenery: a great large garden with a panoramic view and a nice cooling pool. You are really away from the crowd here, but nice villages are just a stone's throw away. You can walk to the attractive village center in fifteen minutes.

The house has a spacious living room with panoramic windows, fireplace and cozy sitting area (incl. large TV) and dining table. With a bit of luck you will see the deer walking through the garden in the morning. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine, toaster, milk frother and equipped with all other conveniences. Would you like to have lunch outside on the terrace or dine at the large table inside?

The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size double bed, a 2nd spacious bedroom with king-size double bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. In the casina two single beds upstairs and a lounge sofa that can be transformed into a narrow double bed. All mattresses are 90x200cm, and in the casina downstairs the bed is 200x140cm.

Bathrooms

In the main house, the master bedroom has a private bathroom with bath and shower and the 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with heating.

The casina

The casina is a small annex with a bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds and downstairs a lounge area that can be transformed into a sofa bed (140x200cm). Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower. Suitable for 3 to 4 people. The casina is adjacent to the covered terrace and is not rented separately.

Pool and garden
