From the garden you walk via the outside staircase into the cozy living room with open kitchen. You can sit down on the spacious corner sofa to read a book. Do you want to work for a while? You can do that at the dining table. There is an air conditioner for cooling and heating.
Kitchen
The open kitchen has everything you need: induction plate with four burners, oven, extractor hood and refrigerator. There is a kettle and a Lavazza espresso machine that you can also use to make cappuccino. Nice crockery, good pans and a complete knife set. Bathroom
On this floor is also the bathroom with walk-in shower with both a rain and regular shower head, sink, toilet and bidet. You blow dry your hair with a hairdresser's hair dryer. The towels are super soft and of heavy quality.
Bedroom
A lovely bedroom with authentic arched ceiling, queen-size bed, a large plateau for your suitcases and a closet to hang your clothes. With the clothes steamer, you have wrinkled clothes neatly in no time. On the bed are quality mattresses from Emma with extra cool cover.
Garden
You have your own garden of 135 m2 with a garden set, lounge sofa, two sunbeds and seating. You look out on the rolling hills with vines and on a clear day on the snow-capped peaks of the Alps.
Swimming pool, garden and wine cellar
Besides Villa Uve, Casa di Mia Zia Bed & Wine has only one other holiday accommodation: Suite Erbaluce. We also live there ourselves. The jewel of the house is the wine cellar. There you can taste the best wines in Piedmont. We have an estate of 5000 m2 with several seats and a long regulars' table for beautiful encounters. For the time being, there is an above-ground swimming pool, sufficient to cool off during hot summer days.

We have superfast internet that makes it possible to work, scroll or watch TV in your holiday home and on the entire site.

Do you want to keep in shape? You can walk, cycle or enjoy yourself in our underground gym.
Adults only, sustainable and smoke-free
We are an adult-oriented Bed & Wine (adults only) and gay-friendly. We offer a non-smoking environment on our premises and in the residences. We live as sustainably as possible: we have solar panels, a heat pump and separate waste. Our water is decalcified and purified and therefore drinkable. You can park your car for free on our large site.
Costigliole d'Asti
The village center of the castle village of Costigliole d'Asti is a 4-minute drive away. You can walk it in 20 minutes via our orchard. The village has several restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, etc. Alba and Asti are a fifteen-minute drive away, Turin an hour and Genoa an hour and a half.
