La Cuccia del Sole

This 400 m² house consists of 2 apartments.

The one apartment of 220 m² has 2 entrances and includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a sink. This accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people (4 / 3 / 3).
There are 3 balconies with views of the mountains and valley and a terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

The other apartment of 100 m² features a private entrance and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with balcony and access to the cantina, 2 separate bedrooms and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a sink. The bedrooms are spacious. One with a double bed and wardrobe, the other with double bed, bunk bed and a wardrobe. 

In addition, there is a cozy wine cellar as well as a beautiful terrace with a view of the walnut orchard and the hills. There is natural air conditioning (walls of 80cm thick and also cooling in the evening).  All this is located on top of a hill around Cortemilia.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Check-in is from 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out no later than 10:00 a.m.
  • Beds are made on arrival
  • Rental of bed linen and towels (bath towels and pool towels) is mandatory. This costs € 25 per person. Kitchen linen is included.
  • A cot is available at a cost of €25 per stay.
  • Final cleaning costs are € 200.
  • The deposit is € 750.
  • Electricity and gas consumption are included.
  • The rental price is for 10 people. If you are up to 16 people, there is an extra apartment with kitchen and bathroom available for € 1000 per week.

In just over an hour you are in Torino. A beautiful city with a surprisingly center. Architecture, museums and lots of shopping with all leading brands.

There are 2 large Palios. One in Sienna and one in Asti, in our neighbourhood.
