Villa Dona

Villa Donatella is a beautifully restored 80 year old vineyard in the famous Langhe region of Piedmont. At the end of a small road up the mountain from Cessole Varina is the hamlet where the villa is a part. Around the house are mainly vineyards and hazelnut trees to find and there are 4 different terraces. The Villa is almost detached and alone at the back connected to the housing of the 80-year-old neighbor who now lives in another village. So you have the entire villa for yourself and no other residents or neighbors. HetHet house typical house has a lounge, a spacious dining room, separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and is fully equipped for the cooking enthusiast. On the ground floor and upstairs is a large bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. There are four large bedrooms with a large double bed. There are also 3 extra (bed) rooms in the 2nd part of the house. In the lounge is a TV with satellite reception and DVD players. The terrace has a BBQ that guests can also enjoy outdoor dining. Above the vineyard is a third terrace is quiet and overlooks throughout the valley. The house is a fenced lawn to play. Cessole The village itself has only a post office, a restaurant and a supermarket.
