Completely renovated in 2025, this characteristic Piedmontese house is idyllically tucked away in a rural setting, surrounded by vineyards, hazelnut plantations and vast sunflower fields. A place where peace, nature and Italian charm come together.
Within a five-minute drive you will find cozy restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a bakery. For more extensive facilities, larger pitches are only fifteen minutes away. Whether you come for a culinary discovery, a relaxing stay or an active holiday – you are in the right place here.
The house can accommodate 1 to 8 people and has four comfortable double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor; The other three bedrooms and second bathroom are on the first floor. All rooms are equipped with private air conditioning (hot/cold), so you always enjoy a pleasant climate.
The cozy living room is furnished with a corner sofa and television, ideal for a cozy evening. The spacious, fully fitted kitchen (2025) is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar with eight high bar stools.
On the first floor you will also find a multifunctional work/games room. Here you can work in peace at a desk with a comfortable chair, read a book in the cozy reading corner or play a game together. From this room you have access to a charming balcony. Games, books and magazines are already waiting for you.
Practical facilities are not lacking: a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils is at your disposal. The entire house has a low-maintenance tiled floor and fast wifi.
Outside, a large covered terrace awaits with panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards and hazelnut plantations. Here you can dine endlessly, enjoy the shade on hot days or relax in the garden with sunbeds, armchairs and a barbecue. From April to October, the whirlpool on the terrace completes the holiday feeling.
There is ample parking on site, partly covered so that your car stays nice and cool.
