If you own a boat or sailboat, you can easily park it in the yard. Both the Orta and Lake Maggiore have trailer ramps.
A day of shopping is also possible: Milan is an hour away by car, Turin is fifteen minutes away.

I am Arjan Meijer, 62 years old. I grew up in this house of my parents. When I was 10 years old, I moved from the Netherlands to Italy with my parents and brother.
In the picture Armeno, my parents had a beautiful villa with a swimming pool built.
I had a fantastic childhood here, skiing on the Mottarone (20 min) in winter and sailing and swimming in Lake Orta in summer.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
