The area is beautiful for those who love walking, cycling and mountain biking and of course swimming in the swimming ring, lake and river.
If you own a boat or sailboat, you can easily park it in the yard. Both the Orta and Lake Maggiore have trailer ramps.
A day of shopping is also possible: Milan is an hour away by car, Turin is fifteen minutes away.

I am Arjan Meijer, 62 years old. I grew up in this house of my parents. When I was 10 years old, I moved from the Netherlands to Italy with my parents and brother.
In the picture Armeno, my parents had a beautiful villa with a swimming pool built.
I had a fantastic childhood here, skiing on the Mottarone (20 min) in winter and sailing and swimming in Lake Orta in summer.

In 50 minute drive to the Mediterranean, to Noli or Spotorno.
In just over an hour you are in Torino. A beautiful city with a surprisingly center. Architecture, museums and lots of shopping with all leading brands.
Mondovi Piazza. one of the towns in the area.
There are 2 large Palios. One in Sienna and one in Asti, in our neighbourhood.

In the open kitchen there is a bar table with 6 stools. Handy for breakfast, drinks, or preparing dinner, for example, with fantastic local ingredients.
Above ground swimming pool of 3.5 x 5 meters. Great for a cooling dip! With beautiful views over the hills and vineyards.
One of the master bedrooms. This room has a double bed and a large linen closet. Direct access to the balcony, to the landing and to the bathroom with shower. View of the vineyards and in the distance of the medieval tower of Perletto.
A room with a view ... the sitting area which is adjacent to the large terrace. View over the valley with vineyards and forests.
Bathroom with shower. In total there are two bathrooms, on the first floor. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
Lovely terrace over the entire width of the house. Modern garden furniture (two large tables). The terrace faces southwest and is accessible through the living room, through three large sliding doors.
An open kitchen, with sliding door to the terrace. The kitchen was installed in 2023 and is fully equipped; fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, Nespresso machine, crockery, cutlery, pans, etc.
Villa al Plin, a modern house. Spacious and practical. Popular with couples, families with children, or entire families coming with three generations. The space in the bedrooms and bathrooms is fairly distributed, there is plenty of room for everyone.
Between the hills with vineyards, in the UNESCO area De Langhe. For the view alone, you would choose Villa al Plin.

There is also a lot of space around the house. For example, on the long lawn by the swimming pool, where the children can run and play.
The villa is located on a quiet road. There is parking for several cars.

In Villa al Plin, sporty guests also get their money's worth. The area is beautiful for lovers of cycling, walking, running, yoga, swimming, you name it.
La dolce Langa. A great address for coffee, delicious cookies and delicious artisanal ice cream. In Vesime in the village square. Recommended!
Villa al Plin is located on the small road, not far from the Strada Provinciale SP24. Easily accessible, but with enough peace and privacy. In the spring we enjoy the poppies in the wall along the road.
Cook at home possible. With desserts and cakes not to be sneezed at!

Hidden gems in the area, such as the two churches in San Giorgio Scarampi.
Many hiking opportunities, in the valley or in the hills.
The region has many fun parties. For example, several times a year the 'dinner under the stars' in Loazzolo.
Village festivals are very regular. Really nice experience! For example here in Roccaverano.
Blue grapes. Could it be the grape Barbera, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Pinot Noir? Visit one of the many wineries. We are happy to provide addresses and advice.
Away from the highway. The effort of the ride is definitely rewarded!
