At 200 m from the nearest beach, between Palermo and Cefalu Altavilla Milicia has 5 fantastic beaches and blue lagoons.
The house is equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing and comfortable stay, including a private parking space and two terraces with sea views.
The house is quiet and comfortable.
In the first bedroom you will find a double bed (160 cm wide) and a smart TV. the room has a window that opens onto the living room
The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a small window to the outside, also a built-in wardrobe.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The kitchen has a spacious fridge with freezer, a hob, an oven, mixer, kettle, cutlery, pans, etc.
The living room is spacious and has 3 windows and open doors to the patio. the living room is equipped with a Daikin air conditioner.
There is fast internet connection also suitable for remote work.
The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, toilet + bidet set, a sink and 2 windows.
At the entrance of the house there is a PATIO (with sea view), there is a table with 4 chairs.
The Roof terrace has panoramic sea and mountain views.
There are sun loungers, garden furniture, parasol and there is also a dining table with chairs.
The house is surrounded by nature and therefore it is the perfect place to relax.
Altavilla has a beautiful belvedere where you can enjoy the view and a delicious cup of coffee. There are also restaurants, supermarkets, greengrocers, etc.
You can of course visit other villages along the beautiful coast. There is a train station (by the sea) where you can take the train to the center of Palermo so that you can walk through Palermo city without any worries. By car it takes 20 minutes.
- Check-in time is flexible, preferably after 2:00 PM, check-out between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- Smoking outside is no problem, inside it is not allowed.

In the winter months we use a pellet stove, there is no central heating, (stove Nordic extraflame (10kW).
the pellet is not included in the price.
-On the roof terrace we have our studio and we sometimes stay there with our small dog. You are welcome to use it at any time.
