This beautiful room for 2 people has a bedroom with a king-size bed
and has a private bathroom and the delicious varied breakfast is included in the price.
Breakfast is served outside at your own seating area or on the terrace.
From Stanza Verde you have a beautiful view of the pool.
There are beautiful authentic materials available, such as terracotta tiles
and wooden beams. A B&B room where everyone immediately feels at home.

All guests can use the beautiful swimming pool (12 by 6 meters) in season
The swimming pool is open from the end of April to mid-October.

For wine lovers, there is a weekly wine tasting with tasty snacks at Il Posto Perfetto.

HOW TO BOOK AND PAY ?

duration of stay :
The length of stay in B&B room Stanza Verde is at least 3 nights. Of course you can also stay longer.
The delicious varied breakfast is included in the price.

Il Posto Perfetto is open from May to October. If you are interested in booking a little earlier or later, please let us know to see whether or not that will work.

booking calendar and books :
You can see the dates and prices in the booking calendar. If the booking calendar is available on the dates you selected and you want to make a reservation, you can arrange this directly on the Micazu (*CONTENT HIDDEN*).
Il Posto Perfetto will then be informed by Micazu about your reservation request.

invoice :
If your booking request is possible, you will receive an invoice from Micazu by email within 1 day.

deposit :
The request is to subsequently pay 50% of the total amount within 2 days to finalize the reservation. You must transfer the remaining 50% no later than 14 days before your stay.
If you wish, you can also transfer the total amount (100%) within 2 days.

if cancellation:
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.

Once your booking is complete, you can check-in from 4:00 PM on any weekday or weekend, depending on your booking dates.

a beautiful region in the middle of Italy on the Adriatic coast.

That's unbelievable, isn't it? ...but it's really true. So that promises something!

The Marche is reminiscent of the famous Tuscany in everything, but here it is less touristy. Truly an area where, in addition to tourists, many Italians go on holiday themselves. It is also called "Italy's best kept secret".
The residents are very friendly and approachable.

From Il Posto Perfetto you can go on foot or by car to the picturesque village of Santa Maria Nuova (only 1.5 km from us). There you will find a bakery, a pizzeria, a bar and a supermarket.

You can also visit the beautiful city of Jesi with its fashionable shopping street and many cozy restaurants and museums (9 km from Il Posto Perfetto).

If you want to visit other cities and villages,
then there are plenty of possibilities.

Various beaches with cozy eateries can be reached within half an hour.

There is plenty to do for young and old! You can swim, snorkel, surf, dive, sail and enjoy a sea cruise.

In addition to the sea and beach, there are many picturesque villages, interesting cities with museums and churches, beautiful nature reserves for walking and cycling or visiting an Aqua amusement park or zoo.

Il Posto Perfetto can be reached by plane or car.

... are you coming by plane?
Il Posto Perfetto is just 20 minutes from Ancona airport and
Bologna airport 2 hours. About a 2-hour flight and then you're already there.
Then another fifteen minutes by car. It is also possible to pick you up and/or drop you off.

Most flights to Ancona are from Eindhoven, Düsseldorf and Brussels (Charleroi). You can also try Rotterdam or Amsterdam.

Everything depends on what is available at that time;
on Fridays in high season there are often cheap direct flights from Brussels (Charleroi) to Ancona. Very useful to search specifically for that.
Of course you can also try other days.

If Ancona is occupied or too expensive, there are also other Italian airports. There are often cheap direct flights on Saturdays in high season;
... provided you get there on time.

From Eindhoven to Pisa, Bologna, Rome, Milan, Venice.
From Rotterdam to Pisa.
From Amsterdam to Verona, Milan, Venice.

… Are you coming by car?

The distance from Eindhoven to Santa Maria Nuova, for example, is 1,365 km.

You can drive there in one go, but you can also opt for an overnight stay; in for example Lucerne (700 km) or Como (900 km)

You can drive via Luxembourg, Strasbourg (France) Basel, Lucerne (Switzerland) Como, Milan, Bologna, Ancona.

On the way back you can opt for a direct ride home
(with or without an overnight stay) or spend a few days along the way.
