The house offers the tranquility of countryside and nature, but also beach and outlets are a short distance away. Around the house there are characteristic villages, lakes and mountains, and cities such as Macerata (opera festival), Fermo, Loreto and Ascoli Piceno. Casa Tosca can be rented, also for a weekend, and is easily accessible via Ancona and Pescara (Ryanair) or Bologna (KLM).

Under the hay barn sleep 4 cats, who are cared for by the gardener, but also often get food from tenants. These cats also walk the grounds.
