Casa Celestino al Mare

Casa Celestino al Mare is a stylish old Marchigian farmhouse registered as a villa, situated in a unique location on a hill in the middle of the Italian countryside, but only  about 8  minutes drive from the Adriatic coast! The villa has a breathtaking view of romantic villages ("borghi") in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance is the village of Montecosaro with a small supermarket, village square with bar and terrace and some restaurants. Montecosaro is one of the most beautiful borghi in Italy. In the coastal town of Civitanova Marche (10 minutes drive) you will find large supermarkets, fashion shops, rich restaurants and cozy bars.

Casa Celestino al Mare was completely restored in 2010 by a historic architect with a great sense of style. The original layout of the farm has been largely preserved. The original elements, such as wooden beams and terracotta floors, have also been preserved during the restoration. The interior of Casa Celestino al Mare is atmospheric, functional and above all comfortable. The furniture is a combination of modern and Italian antiques.

The large sitting room has a fireplace with dining area. A separate corner is set up for reading or watching TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious utility room with a separate laundry area. The utility room has its own countertop and a second refrigerator. Next to the house is the covered loggia with a large dining table and an outdoor seating area. Next to the loggia is an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and separate dining area. A lovely place to stay until late in the season with stunning views of the Marche countryside.

Casa Celestino can accommodate 8 people and has 4 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. 

The first floor is reached by a stone staircase in the middle of the house. Here are two bedrooms. On the east side the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet and a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower
On the west side of the stairs is a spacious second double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. On this first floor there is also a library/study and a fireplace.

On the attic floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 large beds and another bedroom with 2 double beds. Between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with freestanding bath and a separate shower.

The 50m2 swimming pool is completely enclosed by a laurel hedge that gives a lot of privacy. There are sunbeds and 2 large umbrellas.

The large garden has an area of about 1 hectare and is landscaped in Italian style, with cypresses and olive trees. The site is enclosed by a fence with an electric gate. There is plenty of space to park several cars.

Casa Celestino al Mare has an open sunny atmosphere, both inside and outside there is always a view of the beautiful landscape of le Marche. The peaks of the Sibillini Mountains are often clearly visible. Due to the free location of the house, it offers a lot of privacy while all kinds of amenities are still close by.

Casa Celestino al Mare is a wonderful holiday villa, where you will immediately be captivated by the magical appearance and relaxed atmosphere of the house, near the sea and in the middle of the fantastic Marche landscape.

There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the house. The many hidden towns that lie on the various hilltops each have their own atmosphere and sights. You will find cozy squares with restaurants, many markets with local specialties and harvest festivals in season.
