Our estate is located in the middle of the nature reserve of Monte San Bartolo, a green and hilly area in the north of Marche, at an altitude of 170 meters and a short distance from two beautiful beaches.
The country house consists of three apartments and is located on a private park with three hectares of forest, where peace, space and nature are central. Here you can relax in complete freedom and enjoy the rhythm of the outdoors.
In the park there is a spacious infinity pool with natural cleaning by means of salt hydrolysis (so chlorine-free) and a magnificent panoramic view of the castle of Gradara. The pool is fully fenced and surrounded by a garden full of herbs and flowers. Spread over the site you will find attractive places to quietly read a book or drink a glass of wine together, while children have plenty of space to play on the large lawns.
The apartments are located a few minutes away from the medieval villages of Fiorenzuola di Focara, Casteldimezzo and Gradara. Here you will find bars, shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious local cuisine. The area is ideal for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Of the three apartments, the two-room apartment il Gelsomino is only rented for stays of longer than 30 days (feel free to ask about the possibilities).
The holiday apartment le VIOLE is a spacious apartment of 70 m2 for 2/4 to 6 people located on the ground floor. It consists of a large living room with dining table, buffet and sofa bed, a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with an internal bathroom and a private terrace, a second bathroom and a storage room. The private outdoor area has a pergola with garden furniture for outdoor dining.
