In the park there is a large swimming pool with natural cleaning by salt hydrolysis, so chlorine free, with a fantastic panoramic view of the castle of Gradara and the hilly area of le Marche. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom. . In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person. The living room is spacious enough to keep the sofa bed open during the day. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.
