Large and modern luxury apartment "L'ulivo" is part of the agriturismo Filippo Neri and consists of a living room with 2 balconies, fireplace, TV, sofa and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction hob. There are 2 large double bedrooms with the possibility of adding another bed, and a bathroom with shower.
The agriturismo is located in a rolling valley in the southern wine region DOC Offida delle Marche, is part of the internationally known winery Tenuta Spinelli and also grows lavender and has its own honey production. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, kitchen utensils (such as pots and pans), SMART TV, iron, washing machine and telephone.
Activities and environment
The farm offers an all-round culinary activity:
- Visit and tasting of the wines of the "Tenuta Spinelli" winery, internationally known for its numerous awards and prizes (the winery is located in the same complex)
- Visit to the company's apiaries and honey laboratory where, upon reservation, educational courses on the fantastic world of bees are held.
- In addition to the vineyards, the agriturismo also offers many orchards, including pomegranate and
cherry trees.
- For enthusiasts, there is also a vegetable garden where guests can pick and sow vegetables
the next guests.
- In the evening, drinks are sometimes organized by the pool while enjoying music.
- The agriturismo also offers yoga classes.
Thanks to the strategic location of the farm, sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to follow routes where they can admire the evocative hills of the Marche region and the surrounding medieval villages.
In addition to the municipality of Castignano, characteristic in its morphological aspect and its medieval reenactment festival called "Templaria", you can visit other neighboring villages such as Offida, Acquaviva, Ripatransone, Montedinove and Ascoli Piceno, a historic town of a hundred towers where you can admire the filled you can taste olives in the famous Piazza del Popolo, known by its second name "Italian living room", finally and Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, seaside resorts guaranteed entertainment both during the day and in the evening.
