The apartment is part of the Casale Torre del Sasso estate, located on the hill of Colombo del Sasso. 14 hectares in size, with forests, fields and a "private river", Fiumi Bosso where you can make beautiful stream tours.
The beautiful grounds are located right next to the "bustling" ancient city of Cagli. You can walk there in 8 minutes. In the city you will find delicious restaurants, a beautiful theater and cozy terraces. You can also wander through the small streets with its authentic shops. In the summer, there is always something to do in the city. You stay on a mountain in peace and walk to the city.
The 45 m2 apartment Pontone can accommodate 2-3 people. It gives complete privacy with a private terrace and bbq.
This apartment has a spacious living room, with an attractive kitchenette. There is a sofa bed in this room, making it possible for 1 extra person to sleep. The apartment still offers sufficient freedom of movement.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed. A new bathroom
(2025) with shower, toilet, and sink. A kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. A cot is available on request at no extra cost.
