Rosa nel Pozzo is located in San Pietro in the most beautiful region of La Bella Italia: Le Marche.
With its special location, between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines, it is also labeled by many as "the best kept secret of Italy".

The region of Le Marche and the peace and quiet in Italy are the ingredients for a perfect holiday.
A beautiful hilly landscape, beautiful beaches, picturesque villages, beautiful old cities and a wonderful climate.

Rosa nel Pozzo is a former Fattoria of 170 years old and is centrally located in the heart of Le Marche. Our B&B is called "Rosa nel Pozzo" because of the rose that used to grow in the well. Le Marche is dotted with beautiful old towns, where life seems to stand still, such as Mondavio, Corinaldo, Pergola and Cagli.

There are a total of four apartments, all with private terraces, with garden furniture and sunbeds. There is also a communal swimming pool with sunbeds where you have sun all day long.

Apartment Pietro is a cozy two room apartment. One of the four and has enough shade in the summer due to its location and the large mulberry tree on the terrace.

Due to its central location between the Adriatic beaches and the mountains of the Apennines, it is a wonderful base for nice trips and trips.

We offer an adult-only experience in a magical environment that we are happy to share with you!

After almost 25 years of education and 13 years in financial services, it was time for us to realize our long-cherished dream.
We are Wouter and Sylvia.
In 2021 we ended up in Le Marche for a holiday and we immediately fell in love with the landscape, the views and the fantastic surroundings.
It was therefore great for us that a year later we were able to take over Rosa nel Pozzo, a small-scale B&B with passion and attention for our guests

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit 50% within 1 week after booking.
By making the deposit, you automatically agree to our reservation and cancellation conditions.
Remaining amount to be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, there will be no refund of the payment already made. We recommend that you always take out cancellation insurance.
COVID or other diseases or causes: Only in the event that the borders of the Netherlands or Italy are actually closed due to COVID or other diseases or causes, it is possible to postpone the reservation made to another time up to a maximum of 1 year further.
The landlord has the right to cancel in the event of natural disasters or due to local government measures. In these cases, payments made at that time will not be refunded. Any damage incurred will not be compensated.
