Our detached holiday home with a beautiful garden with a large trampoline and built-up swimming pool (summer) is located in a quiet and authentic village in the Valtellina Valley. The house includes 3 bedrooms, a large open living space with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a view over the valley. The garage is very large and is used to store the bicycles and ski equipment. There is also a table tennis table and a washing machine. There is no shortage of space. In the vicinity there are plenty of shops and restaurants available and in the village itself there is 1 restaurant and a grocery store that is only open in the morning. Both the Chiesa ski area in Valmalenco and the village of Colico, located on Lake Como, are 30 minutes away by car.
The house is the ideal base for the more active holidays. You can make beautiful walks and bike rides along the vineyards, along the traffic-free and flat bike road next to the Adda River, but also the more challenging MTB tours in the mountains... something for everyone. In addition to walking and cycling, you can also go kayaking on Lake Como with the inflatable canoes that are present in the house and combine this with a day on the beach of Colico or a trip with the motorboat on the lake. Mountaineering, canyoning and rafting are also possible in the vicinity.
