Holiday home ROMA has fantastic SEA VIEW and a nice patio with lounge set. The house has a double bed and a fixed sleeping/lounge sofa (useful for 1 teenager or 2 young children). A bit of a luxuryroom feeling! The kitchen has an espresso machine, kettle, hob and minibar/fridge with freezer. There is also air conditioning, heating, sonos and a smart TV. You can use the saltwater pool, restaurant or enjoy a prosecco in our bar.

Type Roma is a semi-detached holiday home in a small-scale resort (9 holiday homes) on the Italian Riviera, called Balzi Rossi. Our guests call it a gem, because of the beautiful olive trees and the fantastic sea view. "Balzi Rossi" is an archaeological area with an ancient Roman path. It is NOT possible to get to the holiday home by car (418 m). You can park in the public parking lot and we will arrange a shuttle service for your luggage. This makes the holiday home an oasis of peace.

In Balzi Rossi you can choose from several public beaches or the famous beach club Balzi Rossi. There are several restaurants and you can also enjoy the "daily meals" prepared by our chef. Cozy Menton is within walking distance and chic Monaco is a 20-minute drive away. Holiday home ROMA is ideally suited for couples or families with 1 child.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Things to know before booking:

Check-in: between 16:00 and 21:00. After 21:00 we charge € 100 extra, because we have to deploy extra staff.

Check-out: before 10:00 am.

We offer a free shuttle service for both check-in and check-out.

In the period from January 1 to September 15, we cannot guarantee a specific ROMA or LUCCA. We are only a small resort and need some flexibility within our booking system.

Our resort is less suitable for guests with walking difficulties or for families with young children (<5 years). From the parking lot you walk about 450 meters to the bungalow. That is exactly what makes this place so nice. No cars in front of the door, but quiet, space and a beautiful view that you stop to think about every day.

Our cancellation policy is:

If cancelled up to 43 days before arrival, 10% will be charged.

If cancelled up to 42-29 days before arrival, 40% will be charged.

If cancelled up to 28-8 days before arrival, 80% will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1-7 days before arrival, 90% will be charged.

Additional information

Balzi Rossi is a beautiful archaeological area. Visit the caves and museum if you find it interesting. Otherwise you let your partner go and you go swimming and sunbathing!

Menton is a beautiful picturesque village with a beautiful boulevard, nice restaurants and nice French shops.

Ventimiglia has a beautiful old historic part of town: ALTA. You can clearly still admire all the influences of the Middle Ages here. At the entrance of the city gate you will find two delicious restaurants: Porta Nizza and U Funtanin. Be sure to visit the three churches, they are so beautiful.
