The apartment has its own entrance and front door. The front door leads to the master bedroom with an adjoining kitchen diner and a modern bathroom. In the kitchen there is a round dining table and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful (Italian) evening. Downstairs in the garden is an extra romantic bedroom with outdoor shower (optional). Finally, there is a large private terrace with stunning views over the valley.
This house can also be rented in combination with Casa Ernesto for a total of 7 people. The houses are connected by a second terrace and this may be used by the tenants of both houses.
Since 2017 we have owned two connected houses in Bossare in the Alpes Maritimes in western Liguria. Bossare is an ancient Borghata in the middle of nature in the magical valley of the Bevera. We ended up in the valley through our good friends Ria and Ruud, who renovated a house in this deserted village back in the 1970s. Ria wanted to sell the house to us, and so she did, and we were also able to buy the not yet restored house of the late farmer Ernesto.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Guidelines for reviews
We find reviews very important, both the positive and the negative. When evaluating your stay in a holiday home, we ask that you to take the following guidelines into account:
Reviews should be about the rented holiday home
The most useful reviews are detailed and help others make better decisions. We ask you to simply review the holiday home and leave other things out of the review.
Respect the privacy of others
Do not include email addresses, phone numbers, websites, social media accounts, and similar information from others in your review.
Reviews must be respectful
We expect you to write respectful reviews and keep it clean.
The following is not allowed:
A review that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harmful or discriminatory
Political, religious or social commentary
Advertising or other commercial content
Reviews that do not comply with our guidelines can be removed and will no longer be included in the average grade.
Review niet afkomstig vanuit een Micazu boeking
Some of our hosts have not yet received any, or only a few, reviews from renters who booked via Micazu. To still provide you with sufficient information about the accommodation, they have the option to have a few reviews written by renters who have previously stayed in the accommodation but booked their stay via another channel. These submitted reviews are monitored by us. Do you doubt whether a review meets our guidelines? Then you can report it here.
