This detached house is located among the olive trees in Civezza and has a nice view of the sea and the green hills. The house is practical and comfortably furnished and suitable for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms, a bright living room and an open kitchen with large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and plenty of cooking utensils. Through the patio doors you can walk straight onto the terrace.
There is a spacious bathroom with shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine. In addition, the house has a second, smaller bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside you will find several terraces and a private swimming pool with sunbeds. There is plenty of space to sunbathe or sit in the shade under the canopy with dining table. From the terrace you look out over the hills and the sea.
The house is within walking distance of the village of Civezza. Via a goat path you can reach the center in about 5 minutes for a cappuccino, lunch or dinner. Civezza is a cozy and authentic village with good restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere.
There are two private parking spaces at the house. A great base for a holiday on the Italian Riviera.
