The house is located near the village of Porto Valtravaglia, on the east side of Lake Maggiore, about 7 km south of Luino. A beautiful lake with very different seasons: In spring, April/May/June, the flowering azaleas, rhododendrons and camellias, the summer months of July and August to enjoy the sun and laze by the lake and September/October for a nice late summer. Always a wonderful holiday feeling !!

The house is equipped with TV satellite reception with Dutch, German and Italian channels, for internet there is a WIFI connection. There is a fixed barbecue at the large terrace.
All bedrooms have two single beds. There is sufficient parking space for the car at the house.

In the village, about 1 km, all amenities for daily necessities are available, such as a modern supermarket, patisserie, bars, restaurants, etc. A wonderfully quiet holiday environment, the lake in the immediate vicinity, but also the cities of Milan, Lugano, Locarno and Varese are easily accessible.
In the immediate vicinity you can make beautiful day trips to beautiful nature reserves with often picturesque villages and old churches.
For golf enthusiasts, there are several beautiful golf courses in the area.
