At Casa di Garda Tignale we strive to provide you with the best holiday experience in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy. We believe in creating a homely atmosphere where you feel completely at ease during your stay.
The bungalow has 2 floors, of which the ground floor can be reached both via an internal staircase and the outside and the bungalow has 2 parking spaces.
Upper floor:
This consists of:
- a spacious living-dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom
- a very large terrace of 35m2!
From the kitchen and terrace you have a fantastic view of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo mountains.
Lower floor:
This consists of:
- a spacious, new modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
- a pantry with a small countertop, refrigerator and washing machine
Detailed description of the contents of the bungalow:
- Central water softener provides soft water throughout the bungalow
- The kitchen upstairs has an induction hob, a combi microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge with separate freezer compartment. There is a full kitchen with a Senseo and Nespresso coffee machine), an electric milk frother, toaster, kettle.
- The upper floor has a pallet stove for the cooler evenings in the early and late season.
- There is an LED TV both upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs is also a radio/DVD player.
- There is a free (fast) private WIFI connection in the house, you can watch TV both upstairs and downstairs via Chromecast!
- In the 2 bedrooms upstairs there are 2 x single beds (80x200 cm) in both rooms. There is a wardrobe in both rooms.
- In the 2 bedrooms downstairs: in one is a twin bed with 1 mattress of 160x200. There is a TV in this room.
- The other room has 2 beds of 80x200 cm. Both rooms have a closet.
- There is also a high chair and a (foldable) baby bed with mattress.
There are no charging stations at the park (yet), so if you come with an electric car, it can NOT be charged at the house, but in the village of Gardola.
What is there to do at the park and surroundings?
The Villaggio di Sunclass recreation park has a beautiful heated swimming pool, a separate paddling pool, a playground and there is a kiosk where you can go for a (small) snack and drink.
The reception of Sunclass offers hot bread service every day.
Activities: walks in the mountain surroundings, sailing on Lake Garda, playing golf on the hilly courses and visiting the villages of Riva, Sàlo, Desenzano or the cities of Milan, Bergamo, Brescia, Verona or Venice.
In the area there are three golf courses (18 holes) and one 9 hole course. One of the most beautiful 18-hole courses in Italy is located in Gargnano, a 15 km drive away.
In the picturesque villages in the immediate vicinity, such as Gardola, you can enjoy the Italian village atmosphere, Italian cuisine and delicious ice cream!
