Simple Italian apartment on the water located near Lake Mezzola (10 km from Lake Como).

Located in a quiet bird nesting area at the end of a cul-de-sac, within walking distance of the center (supermarket, bank, pizzaria, restaurant, station, harbor and beach). Ideal place to relax by the water or in the mountains or just enjoy the charm and dynamism of Lake Como.

Lake Mezzola is located north of Lake Como and is connected to Lake Como near Gera Lario.

Our apartment is in a typical Italian family home. The rest of the house is permanently inhabited. We have a living room on the ground floor with a small (very small) simple kitchen. In the living room there are 2 single sofa beds and there is a TV with internet connection. On the upper floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. At the back outside you have a view of the water and there is a small (not straight) terrace.

I am Marcel, born in 1974. Married and have 2 daughters. I own a bodyshop. I have been on holiday in Porlezza with my parents more often. During my search for a house in Italy (Tuscany, Trentino-South Tyrol, Liguria and Lombardy) I ended up in this region again. The beautiful (rough, steep) and quiet mountains are in nice contrast with the Italian dynamics at the lakes and the valley. The Italians here are super hospitable and helpful. A region you fall in love with.
