This spacious studio is located on the shore of Lake Como, with large opening windows that give beautiful views over the lake. There are 2 comfortable box spring beds, a sitting area, dining area and kitchen.
The area offers ample opportunity for mountain hiking, cycling and water sports.
There are a few shops, 2 restaurants and a beach with the opportunity to BBQ 100 meters away.
There is a good bus service around the lake and the bus stops in front of the apartment complex. At 5 km distance there is a boarding point for the ferries that take you everywhere across the lake.
The studio is fully equipped, such as accessibility by elevator, free WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, a silent ceiling fan and, on request,  a private storage room for bicycles or water sports equipment.
The studio has a reserved parking space under the building. 
Linen and towels are included.
A cot and/or high chair are available on request.
Lake View Apartments has 5 apartments for rent, all of which are different. For example, some have a dishwasher, extra-long beds, balcony or a roof terrace. 

It might be good to know that these apartments are 1000 km away from Amsterdam and are therefore easily accessible by car.

We are Jan Willem & Ann-Louise, a couple from Amsterdam. We love to travel, but also enjoy the peace and quiet that we find on Lake Como to the fullest. The wonderful days on the water, the fantastic walks through the mountains, the delicious meals on terraces and the dreamy tranquility of the lake in the evening sun. This apartment has a cozy living room with wide open doors to the balcony with stunning views over the lake. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living sofa (160x200), in case you want to stay there with four people.

From the water you can see how cozy the complex is. Besides the buildings a mountain stream runs into the lake with a waterfall. There is also a beach where you can swim, quietly relax and enjoy the sun.
On the other side of the building you can enjoy a meal at restaurant Creme Caramel. The terrace is three meters from the beach. The pizzas are nowhere as good as here. You need to make reservations, otherwise there is no place, because it is also very popular with the Italians.
