This spacious studio is located on the shores of Lake Como, with large French windows offering beautiful views over the lake. There are 2 comfortable box-spring beds, a sitting area, dining area and kitchen.
The area offers ample opportunity for mountain hiking, cycling and water sports.
There are a few shops, 2 restaurants and a beach with BBQ facilities 100 meters away.
There is a good bus service around the lake and the bus stops in front of the apartment complex. 5 km away is a boarding place for the ferries that take you all over the lake.
The studio is fully equipped, such as accessibility by elevator, free WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, a silent ceiling fan and a private storage room for bicycles or water sports equipment.
The studio has a reserved parking space under the building.
Linen and towels are included.
A cot and/or high chair are available on request.
Lake View Apartments has 3 apartments for rent, all of which are different. Some have a dishwasher, extra long beds, a balcony or a roof terrace, for example.

It may be good to know that these apartments are 1000 km from Amsterdam and are therefore easily accessible by car.

We are Jan Willem & Ann-Louise, a couple from Amsterdam. We love to travel, but always enjoy to the fullest the peace that we find on Lake Como. The glorious days out on the water, great walks through the mountains, the delicious meals on terraces and the dreamlike tranquility of the lake in the evening sun. Pleasures that we grant everyone. The mountain stream is next to the complex. On either side of the brook is a beach, where it is quiet and where you can freely enjoy the sun and water.
The waterfall with cold mountain water is delightful to sit under on hot days.
Here are the picnic tables, benches and barbecues. it invites to stay until late with a bottle of wine, some food and a candle for cosiness.
Boats can be rented at several places.
On the other side of the building you can enjoy dinner at restaurant Creme Caramel. The terrace is three meters from the beach. The pizzas are nowhere as good as here. You need to make reservations, otherwise there is no place, because it is also very popular with the Italians.

The ferry takes you to all the villages on the lake. A crossing from Menaggio to Bellaggio and Varenna is very worthwhile.

Winters are also great in this part of Italy. The Alps are white, the air feels clean and cold and the sun warms you. A 40 minutes drive from the apartments is a great ski area.
