Our holiday home is divided into 5 apartments. It is located at an altitude of 115 meters above the beautiful Lake Garda, at the end of a dead end road. We only have 1 neighbor for the last 400 meters. The center of the village is just 1 km away.
There are plenty of dining options within easy reach.
This location guarantees a very quiet place to stay. Parking for cars is available underneath or right next to the building.

The apartment has a terrace that is 45 m2 on the west side, and approximately 10 m2 on the east side.

with a fantastic view of the lake, the surrounding mountains, and the deeper Sarca valley. In other words, a panorama that cannot be matched. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (1.6 m by 2 m), a bedroom with two single beds (0.8 m by 2 m) and in the living room there are two full-sized sofa beds (0.8 m by 2 m). Of course, the apartment has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Each room opens onto a central corridor. So that no one has to be disturbed when someone has to relieve themselves. This is very practical for the night.

You can reach the lake on foot via stairs. It is 3 minutes by car to the spacious olive tree parking lot in the heart of Torbole. The apartments are located in an ideal base for all conceivable activities, such as all water sports activities,
cycling tours, mountain tours, via ferratas and much more. It is a paradise for both active and passive holidaymakers. Also recommended for city visits such as Trento, Verona, Venice, Vicenza and the many small villages around Lake Garda. The dolemites are also an hour's drive from us.
