The Villa is located in a beautiful nature reserve in the triangle of the provinces of Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Liguria. The house stands on a fenced plot of 8 hectares of landscaped garden and part forest. Next to the Villa is a spacious studio (45 m2) and has a living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. The Villa and Studio have their own central heating system and are suitable for habitation all year round. The heated swimming pool is located next to the studio and can easily be opened and closed electrically. The Villa and Studio together have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is suitable for 7 people (there is a baby cot available.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices do not include final cleaning but include costs and use of central heating in the winter months. Pool heating is included (open from May 1 to September 30). Towels, bed linen, everything is widely available as well as bath towels for the pool.
