Explanation of prices

Cancellation policy:
If, for any reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to, or refuses to accept the property located on the agreed-upon date, they must immediately notify the host. We kindly ask you to notify us by phone or e-mail.

If the tenant cancels the contract up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, they will still owe 25% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks, 50%, and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 100%. No refunds for early departure or cancellation.

Included in the rental price:
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels.

Additional costs:
Tourist tax: € 1,50/person/night, to be paid on the spot.

Optional:
Rental of 2 e-bikes (on request, 2 available at structure): € 25,00/bike/night, to be paid on the spot. They can be rented from 09:30 hrs to 18:00 hrs, to be paid on the spot
Use of kitchenette: € 15,00/night, to be paid on the spot, if you wish to use the kitchenette in the room, please indicate at the time of booking whether you would like to use this service.
Breakfast: € 15,00/person/night, to be paid on the spot.
Wellness: € 15,00/person/night, to be paid on the spot. This includes the use of of max. 2 hours of heated jacuzzi, hydromassage with cold water, Finnish sauna and relaxation area.
