Casa Carla

-- Temporarily closed --

Casa Carla is, like Casa Palma, one of my holiday homes. If you are looking for a quiet place in the center of the versatile and lively Salerno, Casa Carla is the holiday home for you.It is ideal for a quiet but active holiday, not far from the main point of interest of the city. If you stay in our holiday home, you can walk to the sights that show our medieval history, spend a Christmas under the "Luci d'artista - artist lights" and participate in the many initiatives of Salerno.Casa Carla is very easy to reach for travelers traveling by train, as it is very close to the station; From here, via just a few streets, you can reach us in about ten minutes on foot. It is also close to the exits of the various highways that make Salerno easily accessible from all directions.
The apartment consists of a small entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Each room, including the kitchen, overlooks a balcony.
The bright and modern kitchen has just been renovated (March 2018). It is equipped with an oven, a small oven, a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer above and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has also just been renovated (March 2018), the new shower cubicle has taken the place of the bath.
In the bathroom, on the left as you enter, a washing machine is available. Amenities: heating, air conditioning, WIFI, intercom, digital TV. The use of the above-mentioned services is free of charge. Casa Carla is located on the second floor (first floor on a mezzanine) of the central unit of a small condominium with a private courtyard. In the courtyard, with two entrances, one with an automatic gate, you can use a parking space.

My name is Carolina, I have been renting this apartment for several years with great pleasure. My daughter is married to a Dutchman and has been living in the Netherlands since 1998. I also have two grandchildren aged 21 and 18, so that I can speak with them in their language, I have learned a little Dutch. I will receive you with the Italian charm and warmth and guide you if necessary.
I love to cook, no surprise I think ;) , I can make delicious pastas, pizzas and pastries. See you soon!

Additional information

The Casa Carla holiday home is located in the center of the town of Salerno. The city of Salerno with its districts is distributed along the coast of Salerno, starting at the port and the historic center. From the small and old streets of the old town, full of characteristic boutiques and vestiges of our medieval past, the city turns into Piazza Portanova. From here you continue along Corso V. Emanuele and start the most modern central area with its many shops and buildings from the twentieth century. The end of the Course with Central Station closes the center. If you leave the station after the Carnale tower, leave the center of Salerno and start at the most recent construction sites, Torrione, Pastena and Mercatello. Our holiday home is located in the Centro district, less than 10 minutes walk from Corso V. Emanuele and a 10-minute walk from the train station. If you have arrived by train and depart from Central Station, just a few meters from the main street where it opens, you go up via SS. Martyrs of Salerno. Further away via Dalmazia, you will arrive at the beginning of via Pharaoh, where you will see the secondary gate of the courtyard of the apartment. Via Luigi Cacciatore, our address, is the street that runs parallel to Via Farao, where it overlooks the main gate with intercom and the automatic entrance gate for tenant cars. On the map of Salerno you can see how close to Casa Carla the main attractions are. The holiday home is not only easy to reach by train, as it is, as said, close to the station, but it is also close to the exits of the various motorways making Salerno easily accessible from all directions. From Casa Carla you can easily walk to the historic center. Here you will find the most sites that testify to our history, but you can also easily go to other interesting locations, a little further away, with city buses or the metro. Some destinations of historical and architectural interest:? Duomo, crypt of S. Matteo? Pomona temple? Monumental complex of San Pietro a Corte, Longobarde construction? Church of S. Giorgio, S.
