The bedroom with two beds which of course can be used as a double bed and a double duvets opgemaakt.Er are in the apartment.
A peek into the kitchen, with 4-burner stove, a dining area for 5 persons, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
The lake side of the villa, on the first floor the apartment Orchidea 4. Our apartment is located in the 2nd house with terrace and pergola.Van morning to late at night and beautiful place overlooking park and lake.

The front of the Palazzo, with Pannama bar, restaurant Ostaria del Porto, a large terrace and shops. Between the Palazzo and the lake is also the pool.
There is a terrace of the cozy bar Pannama, with views over the lake. On the path to the village, the municipality of Porlezza has installed a beautiful (and safe) play and clamber object for children.

Spacious sitting area, with patio doors to spacious balcony. Equipped with heating/air conditioning. In addition to 2 separate armchairs, a 2-3 person sofa, which can also be easily folded out into a double bed.
Modern kitchen with induction hob, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, nespresso, spacious fridge with separate freezer. Variable dining table with chairs for 4 to 6 people.
The lovely spacious corner balcony (8 x 2.5 mtr.) with electrically operated awnings. Unobstructed view also to the side/back.
Bedroom 1: Has patio doors to the balcony. Equipped with 2 box spring beds: 2 times 0.90 by 2 mtr. Ample storage space in closet with sliding doors and bedside tables. Also heating/air conditioning in this room.
