The supermarket is about 5 min walking from house, Iin 15 minutes by car you will arrive to the renowned beaches of the Maldives of Salento (Blue Flag)
The village of Specchia boasts an excellent central location being 20 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, 35km from Otranto and Gallipoli.
My wife Karina and I live in the basement, we have our own entrance from the side street, it is independent and separate, we guarantee your privacy and confidentiality. At the same time, we will always be available to meet your needs, provide directions, book services and give information on the culture, history and traditions of which Salento is very rich.
As required by law, the tourist tax to be paid in cash upon check-in is €1.50/person per night including children aged 14 and over.
This villa is distributed on 2 levels:
- On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a single bedroom all with private bathroom and air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, large and bright living area with Smart TV LED 75.
- On the first floor there is a family suite with 1 bedroom (max 4 beds), small living room with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, solarium terrace, covered veranda overlooking the garden and swimming pool, the villa is equipped with wood BBQ, wi-fi, large private parking and video surveillance in the courtyard of the house.
