Villa with a large swimming pool and jacuzzi with a modern design located in a pleasant inhabited suburb of San Vito dei Normanni in the beautiful Puglia. The villa is fully fenced with its own driveway and parking and has a park-like garden with ancient olive trees and beautiful pepper and citrus trees. The beautiful coast is 15 minutes away, the center of San Vito dei Normanni is 5 minutes away and the beautiful white town of Ostuni or the culinary town of Ceglie Messapica are 15 minutes away.
The space:
The villa has 3 bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and two verandas and a patio. The villa is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, central heating and mosquito nets. In the garden there are several places where you can sit or dream away in a hammock.
It can accommodate 6 to 8 people. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. If desired, two more children can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a lovely fireplace and a dining area for 6 people and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all basic necessities. In the front of the house is a hall / office where you can work comfortably. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
The verandas have seating areas, a dining area and a barbecue. The patio has sunbeds, umbrellas, and a Jacuzzi (heated at extra cost). For fun and the children there are a dart board, football goal, swing, basketball net and various games.
