Trullo with semi-detached large house and private pool central in Puglia.

Our restored Trullo is a beautiful holiday home centrally located in Puglia (southern Italy). Just a few kilometers from Francavilla Fontana, San Michele Salentino and Ceglie Messapica. The private residence is located in an olive grove of 2 hectares with a full fence around the house. Between the house and the outdoor kitchen is the swimming pool of 10x4 meters. The entire house is furnished with great care and attention and fully equipped. This is the ideal location to completely relax with 1 or more families.

The outdoors is central to this property. Under the spacious canopy right next to the pool you will find the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, gas stove, refrigerator, sink and spacious round seat with large table. There are also two large luxury 2 person lounge beds and plenty of sunbeds around the terrace.

The Trullo can accommodate up to 10 people. In the center of the house you will find the kitchen with all appliances and a bar table around the hob. You can also relax in the spacious seating area. In the house are two large master bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom. The passage from the house to the Trullo is furnished as a children's room with a bunk bed, toilet and sink.

Arriving at the Trullo, you will go back in time! the Trullo has a spacious double bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. There is also a private entrance to the Trullo from the front. The bathroom in the Trullo is equipped with shower, toilet and double sink. Furthermore, the entire house is equipped with air conditioning (children's room is not)
In short, a wonderful holiday paradise to enjoy all the beauty that Puglia has to offer!

Introducing: We are Jeroen and Michelle from the Haarlem area. After two holiday visits to Puglia, we were sold. In 2018 we bought our own Trullo with Casolare. We are happy to share our restored holiday home with other Puglia lovers.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival at Sogno l'Estate possible on all days. Minimum rental period 7 days in high season, 5 days low season.

Cancellation. In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

- Cancellation within 7 days is completely free of charge
- In case of cancellation from the 8th day of reservation up to 2 months before arrival date, you will owe 30% of the invoice amount.
- If cancelled within 2 months before your arrival date, you will owe the entire invoice amount.
- Cancellations must be made by telephone and confirmed in writing by e-mail by the landlord. Immediately after receiving the written cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation/invoice.
- In addition to the above cancellation rules, the following always applies, when canceling within 2 months before arrival date, the entire amount must be paid by the tenant.
- If due to any circumstance 'Sogno L'estate' is forced to cancel the already reserved holiday home, the tenant will be notified immediately. 'Sogno L'estate' will immediately refund the amount already paid by the tenant. Sogno l'Estate advises to take out cancellation insurance at all times.
