Stay in our spacious romantic villa with sea view in Selva di Fasano, located on the mountain in the green. All sights including Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano a mare can be reached in 20-30 minutes, the beautiful beaches of Monopoli/Capitolo and Savelletri in 15 minutes.
The house has been recently renovated and consists of a sitting room, large kitchen, two large bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms with shared bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a cooling system. There is a large covered terrace and lots of outdoor space.
Our accommodation has a private swimming pool of 9.00x4.50 (depth 1.20) and is open from April-October.

The villa has its own entrance on the street where only local traffic comes. There is room for 2 cars.
You will be welcomed by our professional concierge service, they provide a personal welcome and can also book or arrange excursions during your stay with a masseur, yoga teacher, etc. at home. Or book a private chef or pizza baker! In addition to a BBQ, the house also has a large pizza oven. They also do your shopping on request or arrange a transfer to and from the airport.
The house is completely at your disposal, there is a very private location in a neighborhood where there is a lot to do. The village of Selva di Fasano is a beautiful old village where there are many beautiful old holiday villas, there are several restaurants and shops in the village. In the summer all kinds of activities are organized in Fasano, including the jazz festival in August with open-air concerts is a must.
