Beautiful holiday home on a large private property with many olive and fruit trees. A perfect place with its own pool, trampoline, swing and toys. You can relax on the private grounds in the hammock, under the outdoor shower, in the shade under the veranda or on the sunbeds. In the evening, the place under the olive tree next to the centuries-old trullo by the outdoor fireplace is a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful summer evenings. If you feel like looking away, you can sit in the chill chairs with fire bowl, also an ideal place for a cup of coffee in the morning when you open the parasol.
The house is conveniently located for the highlights, but also the real authentic Italian villages are quickly accessible. With more than 800 km of beach , there is always a nice beach to be found. Depending on the wind direction, you choose the Adriatic or Ionian Sea. You can also choose sandy or pebble beaches and beautiful nature reserves.
There is plenty to do in the area, there are several UNESCO sights, castles, beach, beach clubs, large cities and picturesque villages. There is also plenty to do for children such as a large zoo, amusement park, water parks, karting and an adventure park. The house can be used for 4+1 people, has 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds. In the living room, which can be closed off from the kitchen, there is a spacious corner sofa which can easily be made into a double bed.
The house was completely renovated in 2023/2024 and is fully equipped. We like to make it as easy as possible for our guests, which is why you can use the beach towel, cooler bag, beach bags, umbrella. The kitchen inventory is large and practical, there are utensils such as dishwasher tablets, bbq trays, foils, etc. all present. Also, it's not a problem if you forget your shampoo.
