Amidst 8,000 m² of Mediterranean splendor, embraced by centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees and fragrant citrus groves, you will live a unique experience with peace and privacy. Relax by the heated pool, surrounded by lavender, or seek shade in the hammock among the trees. Children will enjoy themselves for hours on the trampoline, swing and lawn, while you enjoy the peace and quiet.

Outdoor living at its best
The generous veranda and patio, complete with dining table, outdoor kitchen and comfortable sunbeds, offer everything for long summer evenings. An additional bathroom with shower and a practical laundry corner complete the outdoor comfort.

Stylish and fully furnished
The villa consists of a modern main house and a charming annex. The main house features a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, three stylish bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The annex functions as a self-contained apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated, with additional sleeping options thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the annex. There is also a Nespresso machine in both kitchens and a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer and a Dyson Corrale hair straightener in the bathroom of the main building.

Here we enjoy peace, space and Italian life, but we also like to share this special place with others. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The deposit of 600 will be calculated after confirmation of the booking and also serves as a deposit. The final cleaning of 250 will be deducted from the deposit after departure. (Cash payment is also possible)

Since rental cars are pricey in the summer period, we give our guests the opportunity to use our car (White Fiat Tipo from 2017). This is available at Brindisi airport and can be booked for 450 per week.

The villa is equipped for 8 people. In the outbuilding there is a sofa bed that can be used as a full-fledged sleeping place with the topper mattress and bedding. For more than 8 people a surcharge of 50 per person per night will be charged.

Optionally, there is a baby set consisting of a baby bed, 2x a high chair, tripp-trapp, maxi-cosi, car seat, stroller (with maxi-cosi supports), a bouncer and baby monitor.
