Many guests preceded you. Also read the reviews! We built our new modern villa with fantastic sea views in 2016. On a plot of 2000m2, where our friends have also built 2 houses. The three houses share the large private swimming pool (also with beautiful sea views), which is nicely sheltered.

The villa has a ground floor with an area of 70m2 with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven. Living room with satellite TV and all Dutch TV and radio channels, bathroom (with double shower). Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with sea views and a 25m2 loft. The entire ground floor and the bedroom located there are equipped with air conditioning.

The villa has a basement of 70m2 where there are also 2 double bedrooms so that 6 adults can sleep and stay in the entire villa. In the basement there is also a toilet and sink.

The terrace (36m2) offers a beautiful view over the Ionian Sea, with the Peloponnese mainland and the neighboring island of Kefalonia in the distance. The terrace has a nice lounge sofa and a large dining table. The garden around the house is now mature with oleanders, grapes and olive trees. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with many amenities: there is a washing machine, an extra (large) refrigerator with freezer compartments in the basement and large parking spaces on site next to the villa. There is a chest with all kinds of swimming equipment, a games basket and a stocked bookcase.

The villa is located in the quiet north. The nearest tourist town is Alykes, about a 20-minute drive. A short distance from the villa there are more than enough small beaches and secluded bays where you can take a dip in the beautiful clear sea water in peace. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity (in different price ranges), some of which are within walking distance. The harbor town of Agios Nicolaos is 1500m away. This town is the base for boat trips to the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck. You can also enjoy beautiful walks in the area.

Zakynthos Town is about a 45-minute drive from the house. It is definitely worth visiting this town. Our guestbook contains many other tips about idyllic places that can be visited.

We recommend our guests to rent a car, there is virtually no public transport on the island. When booking, we will provide you with all kinds of information about renting a car, the area, the route to the house, etc.
