This exclusive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is spread over two floors. Guests enjoy complete privacy with their own private pool, shaded garden with BBQ facilities, and outdoor seating and dining areas. The villa is a peaceful base from which to explore the charming towns of western Crete, from Vrísses and Vamos to Chania and the coastal town of Georgioupolis.
Set on a private plot, the villa offers expansive views of the countryside and features thoughtful architectural details, combining modern furnishings with local stone and wood. Although it is quiet and secluded, it is still only 350 meters from shops, taverns and daily amenities. This offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience.
The identical Villa Zana (also on the (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)) is located just a few meters away from Villa Tymon: they can be rented together or separately.
When the villas are rented separately, guests are assured of independence and privacy: each villa has its own garden and swimming pool.

The 120 m² villa is tastefully decorated, spread over two floors and fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living and dining area with a cosy fireplace and large glass doors that provide direct access to the garden and pool area. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making it ideal for cooking and socializing.
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where there are two additional air-conditioned bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a small double bed – and a shared bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are bright and comfortable and offer beautiful views of the garden or countryside.
Outdoors
Outside, Villa Tymon invites guests to relax in the tranquil private garden with Mediterranean planting, mature trees, and flowers. The highlight is the large 12 x 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers to relax under the Cretan sun. Adjacent to the pool there is a shaded area with pergola, perfect for outdoor dining complete with a built-in barbecue.
