The villa is surrounded by olive groves and a beautifully maintained private garden. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Villa Stelios can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The saltwater pool, spacious terraces, outdoor kitchen, and shaded dining areas create an idyllic setting to enjoy with friends or family.

This spacious villa occupies three floors. The main entrance opens into a spacious living space with a lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
On the first floor you will find a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, access to a private terrace with panoramic views of the countryside and a cosy loft with seating area. A second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room completes this floor.
The lower floor, also accessible directly from the outside, features a third double bedroom, a bathroom with a small bath, a gym and a laundry room with a washing machine. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
The exterior of the villa is equally inviting: guests can enjoy a saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers, a covered pergola with an outdoor kitchen (including wood-burning oven, barbecue, fridge and sink) and a ping-pong table for entertainment. The surrounding garden and olive grove offer privacy and a touch of authentic Cretan landscape.
